Candidate information uploaded by users is intended solely for recruitment, employment, and hiring-related activities conducted through the Platform.
Users uploading candidate information are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority, permission, or legal basis to provide such information.

By registering on RecrootEarn, you voluntarily provide your personal and professional information, including but not limited to your name, contact number, email address, resume,education, work experience, skills, and other profile details
By creating an account, you expressly consent to RecrootEarn storing, processing, and displaying your profile for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
You authorize RecrootEarn to make your profile available to verified HR professionals, recruiters, consultants, employers, and recruitment agencies registered on the platform.
You understand and agree that authorized recruiters may unlock your profile and contact details by using paid platform credits in accordance with the platform's business model.
You voluntarily grant RecrootEarn a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, and provide access to your profile and contact information to authorized recruiters for recruitment-related purposes.
You acknowledge that recruiters who unlock your profile may contact you regarding employment opportunities through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication methods provided by you.
You may update or delete your profile at any time through your account settings. However, information that has already been unlocked or accessed by authorized recruiters before deletion may continue to be retained by those recruiters in accordance with applicable laws and their internal recruitment processes.
HR/Recruiter uploading a candidate confirms that they have obtained all necessary consent and authorization from the candidate to upload and share their personal information on the RecrootEarn platform.
The uploading HR is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, authenticity, and completeness of all uploaded candidate information.
RecrootEarn does not verify or guarantee the authenticity, ownership, or correctness of any candidate data uploaded by users.
Any legal dispute, complaint, claim, or liability arising from uploaded candidate information shall be the sole responsibility of the uploading HR or organization.
Candidate information uploaded on the platform is made available only for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
Recruiters must not use candidate information for marketing, spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
Unauthorized copying, downloading, reselling, or distribution of candidate information outside the RecrootEarn platform is strictly prohibited.
Recruiters may unlock candidate contact details by using paid platform credits.
Unlocking a candidate grants access only for recruitment purposes and does not transfer ownership of the candidate data.
Once a candidate has been unlocked, the credits used for unlocking are non-refundable.
When a recruiter unlocks a candidate profile, the amount paid through platform credits may be shared between RecrootEarn and the HR/Recruiter who originally uploaded the candidate, according to the platform's revenue-sharing policy.
The revenue-sharing percentage is determined solely by RecrootEarn and may be revised at any time without prior notice.
If an HR, recruiter, or organization permanently deletes their account or if their account is suspended or terminated for any reason, they shall immediately forfeit any future revenue sharing, commissions, rewards, or earnings associated with candidates previously uploaded by them.
From the effective date of account deletion or termination, 100% of all future revenue generated from the unlocking of those candidate profiles shall belong exclusively to RecrootEarn.The former HR or organization shall have no further right, title, or claim to any revenue, credits, commissions, or compensation arising from those candidate profiles after their account has been deleted or terminated
This provision shall survive the deletion or termination of the user's account.
Uploading a candidate does not grant exclusive ownership rights over that candidate.
Candidates remain free to apply for jobs, interact with recruiters, and be contacted by authorized recruiters on the platform.
RecrootEarn acts only as a technology platform facilitating candidate sharing between recruiters.
RecrootEarn shall not be responsible for: The authenticity or accuracy of uploaded candidate information. Any employment disputes between recruiters and candidates. Any legal claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful uploads by users. Any misuse of candidate information by recruiters in violation of these Terms.
The uploading HR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RecrootEarn, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, legal actions, damages, penalties, or losses arising from the candidate information uploaded by them, including claims relating to privacy, copyright, consent, or data protection laws.
RecrootEarn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found uploading fake, misleading, duplicate, unauthorized, or fraudulent candidate information.
Any revenue, wallet balance, or credits associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited.

Users must not upload, publish, or share any content

• Violates any copyright, trademark, intellectual
property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, malicious code, phishing
attempts, or harmful software.
• Contains obscene, offensive, defamatory, or
otherwise unlawful material.
• Promotes spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or
unauthorized commercial activities.
• Impersonates another individual, company,

Any content found to violate these rules may be removed
immediately without prior notice. RecrootEarn reserves
the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts
that repeatedly or seriously violate this policy.
Companies, recruiters, and HR users are solely responsible
for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all
information they publish, including job vacancies, salary
details, company profiles, photographs, videos,
advertisements, and recruitment-related content.
RecrootEarn does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness,
or authenticity of user-generated content and shall not be
responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from
such content.
RecrootEarn may review, restrict, remove, disable access
to, or refuse to publish any content that violates these
Terms or applicable laws.
Although RecrootEarn may monitor uploaded content, it is
under no obligation to actively monitor every post, image,
video, or job listing published on the platform.
Users retain ownership of the photos, videos, documents,
and other content they upload.
By uploading content to RecrootEarn, users grant RecrootEarn
a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store,
display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content solely
for operating, maintaining, improving, promoting, and
providing services through the platform.
RecrootEarn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or
permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms,
uploads prohibited content, engages in fraudulent activities,
misuses the platform, or infringes the rights of others.
RecrootEarn may remove any content or restrict access to the
platform without prior notice where necessary to protect users
or comply with applicable laws.
Any purchased credits, subscriptions, or other payments may be
forfeited where an account is terminated due to policy
violations, subject to applicable law.
Users may report any content they believe violates these
Terms or applicable laws.
RecrootEarn reserves the right to investigate reported content
and take appropriate action, including issuing warnings,
removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently
terminating accounts where necessary.
Photos, videos, profile images, resumes, company documents, and
other uploaded files may be securely stored and processed for
providing platform services.
Uploaded content may be displayed to other users according to
the platform's functionality and applicable privacy settings.
RecrootEarn implements reasonable security measures to protect
user data and uploaded content but cannot guarantee absolute
security against unauthorized access.
By uploading any photo, video, document, job posting, company
information, or other content to RecrootEarn, users acknowledge
that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and
the Privacy Policy.
Users further confirm that they possess all necessary rights,
permissions, and legal authority to upload such content and
accept full responsibility for all material they publish through
the platform.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of RecrootEarn after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
